If you can't imagine your day without black eyeliner and you feel weird while doing no eyeliner makeup looks you may suffer from black eyeliner addiction. I don't blame you, although I wear no liner makeup from time to time I feel the best with thick black line on my lids.
In order to achieve that look, naturally you need good eyeliner. My advice is (like always with products you use every day) not to buy expensive ones because you have to repurchase them often so it may be bad for your wallet.
Also, like mascaras, drugstore eyeliners are really good so you don't need to spend much money to get good quality product. These are eyeliners I love and use most of the time.

Liquid liners
Bourjois Liner Pinceau is my favourite liquid eyeliner. You can draw any type of line with this liner, from gentle thin lines to thick cat eye. It lasts until you remove it.
Rimmel Glam'Eyes Professional liquid liner has a really fine brush so it's the best for thin lines, but you can use it for any look, it just takes practice.
Nouba Rainbow Eyeliner I didn't try a lot of products from Nouba, just this eyeliner and some eye shadows. All of them are very good, especially the Rainbow Eyeliner. Brush is a bit on a thicker side and it takes some time to get used to it.
Deborah 24 ORE eyeliner pen is super easy to use, even beginners can draw a perfect line with no trouble. It does last very long on the lids, but over the time the shadow will soak up the eyeliner and the line will start to look grayish. This can be avoided if you use lighter eye shadow or apply it in a really thin layer.

Pencil liners
Urban Decay 24/7 glide-on eye pencil I like eye pencils that are not too soft because they tend to last longer on the waterline and this one is just right, not too soft and not too hard so it's easy to apply.
Avon Supershock Gel Eyeliner Pencil This is the hybrid between gel and pencil liner. It glides on like a gel in a form of a pencil. When it dries it stays on and doesn't smudge while looking super black.

Gel liners
Maybelline Eye Studio lasting drama Gel eyeliner It might be tricky to use gel eyeliner if you never did it before. This one is good for practice because it comes with a brush and you can draw a nice line using the brush that comes with it. Formulation is very nice too.
Essence Gel eyeliner is similar to Maybelline, its texture is a bit different, it feels a bit dry so you need to apply it using short brush strokes to get a perfect line.
