Egg and chicken salad recipe








This is one of my favourite salads. It's really tasty, easy to make and a great way to use leftover chicken.

You'll need:
-iceberg lettuce
-chicken that's already cooked (again, chicken leftovers are perfect)
-one or two eggs
-sour cream
-olives for decoration

Cut and wash the lettuce and put it in a bowl. While you are washing the lettuce boil the eggs, then cut them into small cubes and add them in the bowl. Add salt, it tastes the best if you add salt before adding chicken and sour cream. Cut the chicken into small pieces and add them too. Mix the sour cream with the rest of ingredients. Decorate the salad if you want, here I used olives and parsley leaves for decoration. This salad goes perfectly with lemonade of wine and is great for summer lunch.
