Merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate today! For Christmas by Gregorian calendar I did a recipe for holiday drink (you can read it here) and for the one by Julian calendar I thought it would be fun to write this recipe, it's extremely easy. Main thing you need is a mold, I used my silicone mold from Oriflame I also used for bath fizzies in one of previous posts. Here are the other ingredients:

-1 cup of dark chocolate, I used one bar I broke down into small pieces
-one piece of butter

Now you only have to melt the chocolate and pour it into the mold. You can use any mold you have, it's the best to use silicone mold because you can take the chocolate out of it easy. I use the steam method to melt the chocolate. To do it that way you need two pots that are the same size. Pour the water in one leave it on a stove until it boils and then put the other pot with chocolate over it. When it starts to melt add butter and stir until it turns to liquid. Pour it in the mold and leave it in the fridge to get hard. After couple of hours take the chocolate out and put it in a bowl. Now you have a nice snack for the guests that is unusual and not time consuming at all.

Za Božić po gregorijanskom kalendaru napisala sam recept za piće za praznike (možete da ga pročitate ovde) i za ovaj po julijanskom mislila sam da bi bilo zabavno da napišem ovaj recept, neverovatno je lak. Glavna stvar koja je potrebna je kalup, ja sam koristila kalup iz Oriflajma koji sam takođe koristila za kugle za kupanje u jednom od ranijih postova. Ovo su ostali sastojci:

-sto grama crne čokolade, ja sam izlomila najobičniju crnu čokoladu na komadiće
-malo parče putera

Sada treba da istopite čokoladu i sipate u kalup. Možete da koristite bilo koji kalup koji imate, najbolje je koristiti silikonski kalup zato što se čokolada najlakše vadi iz njega. Ja čokoladu topim na pari. Da biste to uradili potrebna su vam dve šerpice iste veličine. Sipajte vodu u jednu šerpu i ostavite na šporetu da proključa a u drugu stavite čokoladu i stavite je preko prve šerpe. Kada počne da se topi dodajte puter i mešajte dok ne postane tečna. Sipajte čokoladu u kalup i ostavite u frižideru da se stvrdne. Posle nekoliko sati izvadite je iz kalupa i stavite u činiju. Tako ćete imati zanimljiv slatkiš za goste koji uopšte nije teško napraviti.
