Another baking recipe is actually my grandmas recipe that my mom often makes. I love making these, you can replace cheese with any stuffing you like.




Ingredients: 

1 kg of flour (8 cups)
1 egg 
1 packet of yeast
1 table spoon of salt
1 cup of milk
1 cup of oil
2 cups of crumbled feta cheese
1 tea spoon of sugar


Add the yeast to a little bit of milk and add a spoon of sugar. Let it sit for a bit for yeast to grow. Milk should be warm, but not hot, or the heat will kill the yeast. In a big bowl mix flour, yeast, milk, oil and salt and make a dough. Leave the dough for a bit to grow. Always keep your dough warm, or it won't grow as good. Knead the dough well and make a roll out of it. Cut the roll into six equal pieces. Shape pieces into balls and roll the balls flat with a rolling pin. Cut the each rolled out ball into eight equal triangles. Below is the photo of how to cut it. Mix the cheese wit an egg white and place a bit of the mixture a the center of each triangle and then roll the triangle into the roll. Cover the baking pan with baking paper and coat them with egg yolk (you can add a bit of milk to the yolk). Bake until the egg yolk is orange, at around 390 degrees Fahrenheit.


Još jedna stvar koju volim da pravim su kiflice sa sirom. Ovo je u stvari recept moje bake i moja mama ih često pravi. Sir možete da zamenite bilo kojim nadevom.


Sastojci:

1 kg brašna
1 jaje
pakovanje kvasca
1 supena kašika soli
250 ml mleka
250 ml ulja
250 gr sira
1 kafena kašičica šećera

Dodajte kvasac u malo mleka sa kašičicom šećera. Ostavite da naraste. Mleko treba da bude toplo, ali ne vruće jer visoka temperatura ubija kvasac. U velikoj činiji pomešajte kvasac, mleko, ulje i so i zamesite testo. Ostavite ga malo da naraste. Testo treba uvek da bude toplo, ili neće lepo narasti. Još malo ga mesite i napravite valjak pa ga isecite na šest jednakih delova. Svaki deo umesite u lopticu pa je razvucite oklagijom. Isecite razvučeni krug na osam jednakih delova kao na slici ispod. Pomešajte sir i belance pa stavljajte na sredinu trougla i svaki urolajte u kiflicu. Pokrijte pleh papirom za pečenje pa ređajte kiflice. Premažite svaku žumancem (možete da dodate i malo mleka u žumance). Pecite na 200 stepeni dok žumance ne postane skroz narandžasto.
