When weather is cold the best place to be is at home with warm cup of tea or bowl of soup. There is an even better alternative to the first two, warm fruit kompot. If you've never tried it, you definitely should! Kompot can be made from different kinds of fruit, my favourite is with apples and pears. 

You'll need:
-two or three apples
-two or three pears

Peal the fruit, clean it from seeds and cut into small cubes. Put all the fruit in a pot, add water until the pot is almost full. Cook it and when it boils leave it cooking for 15 minutes. When it cools a bit add honey and cinnamon. It tastes so good, I am eating it while I'm writing this, it's the most delicious autumn and winter treat.
