Is there a thing better than a little black dress, you might wonder? Well, there is. An off the shoulder little black dress. I talk on an on about how I don't like those lists of things you should have in your closet. But, when it comes to dresses like these, I'll say they are a must. I love how simple, yet interesting this design is.
