Summer dress

How to find a summer dress that will be the only one you can wear in your suitcase while being sure it will fit all the holiday occasions? Well, you can hardly find the one like that, it's more likely you'll need a few. But you also have to pick the few that will make the cut, especially if you are trying to make your luggage as light as possible (aren't we all?). I used to be a type of person that will pack the heaviest suitcases possible. Imagine the largest suitcase you can buy, OK maybe the second largest, filled with the clothes you won't wear. That used to be my suitcase. Truth to be told you definitely won't wear all the clothes you pack and we all realize that sooner or later. So if you are packing the normal size suitcase you need to pick your clothes wisely.

Kako pronaći letnju haljinu koja će biti jedina haljina u vašem koferu i odgovarati svim prilikama na letovanju? Realno je da ćete takvu teško pronaći, verovatno će vam biti potrebno nekoliko. Ali takođe morate da izaberete samo neke, posebno ako pokušavate da vam prtljag bude što lakši (zar ne radimo svi to?). Ja sam bila tip osobe koji je pakovao najteže moguće kofere. Zamislite najveći mogući kofer koji možete da kupite, dobro, drugi najveći, napunjen odećom koju nikada nećete obući. To je nekada bio moj kofer. Iskreno definitivno nećete nositi svu odeću koju spakujete i svi to shvatimo pre ili kasnije. Tako da ako pakujete kofer normalne veličine morate pažljivo da birate šta ide u njega.

There's a trick I use when packing my summer dresses. I try to pick the ones I know go well with the places I will visit. I know, groundbreaking advice. :D Following that pattern I decided to bring this dress because I knew I will visit the Knossos palace in Crete. Maybe it sounds cheesy, but I like dressing like that. Knossos was really a magical place, I was so surprised with the vibe remains of the palace and the whole place has. You should definitely visit it if you are planing to travel to Crete.

Postoji trik koji ja koristim kada pakujem letnje haljine. Trudim se da to budu one koje će ići uz mesta koja planiram da posetim. Znam, savet koji vam niko nije dao. :D Prateći taj obrazac odlučila sam se za ovu haljinu jer sam znala da ću ići u palatu u Knososu. Možda zvuči previše proračunato, ali volim tako da uklapam odeću. Knosos je zaista magično mesto, bila sam baš iznenađena atmosferom na lokalitetu. Definitivno treba da ga posetite ako planirate da idete na Krit.
