Leaf print dress

When I think about romantic 90s dresses, this type of a dress comes to mind. Something that Gwen Stefani would wear (and look darn good in it if you ask me). 90s were the first decade that widely celebrated retro looking pieces, including these dresses, that may not actually belong to a specific decade in the past, but are still romantic enough to bring that retro vibe. What I didn't know about the dress when I ordered it (I should really start looking at the items up close on websites) is that its print are actually little leaves! How pretty is that? To continue with the whole 90s vibe revealing in my head I decided to wear it with a 90s kind of sneakers, the exact same pair I even used to wear when I was a kid, which I already mentioned before. Of course I loved how it all turned out, I wore this outfit couple of times. I'm guilty (as charged) for repeating outfits.

Kada mislim o romantičnim haljinama iz devedesetih uvek zamislim haljine ovog kroja, nešto što bi Gven Stefani nosila (i savršeno izgledala u tome, po mom mišljenju). Devedesete su i bile prva modna dekada koja je otvoreno slavila retro komade, uključujući ovakve haljine, koje možda ne pripadaju određenoj dekadi iz prošlosti, ali su i dalje dovoljno romantične da deluju retro. Ono što nisam znala o haljini pre nego što sam je naručila (stvarno bi trebalo da počnem izbliza da gledam stvari koje naručujem online) je da su na njoj zapravo ištampani mali listići! Koliko je to lepo. Da bih ''nastavila'' sa celom retro pričom u duhu devedesetih, odlučila sam da je nosim sa ovim patikama, koje i jesu iz istog perioda, čak sam ih i imala kao dete, što sam već pominjala na blogu. Naravno da sam se oduševila kako je sve ispalo, nekoliko puta sam nosila ovu kombinaciju. Kao i uvek, kriva sam za ponavljanje autfita.
