Yet another recipe I modified by adding chocolate chips. I also didn't have a proper bread pan so I made it in a shallow pan and it actually turned out pretty good. I'll say you can bake it in any pan you have (that's not too wide), just make sure to cover it with baking paper.
Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas
220 grams of flower (equals 10 table spoons)
1 tea spoon of baking soda
a sprinkle of salt
60 grams (1/3 cup) of chocolate chips, you can replace chocolate with walnuts or other nuts
120 ml (2 table spoons) of sour cream
1 table spoon vanilla extract
115 grams (!/2 cup) of butter, room temperature
100 grams (1/2 cup) white sugar
100 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature

Mix flower, baking soda, salt and chocolate in one bowl. In a different bowl mix squashed bananas, cream and vanilla. Use a big bowl for mixing the butter until it becomes light and foamy, then add sugar and mix for a couple of minutes and add eggs and mix them in. Add the mixture of bananas and cream to your butter and then add the flower mix as well. Mix it all together until the ingredients are combined. Pour the mixture in the pan covered with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (347 Fahrenheit) for about 45 minutes. When you take the bread out of the oven, let it cool off a bit and then take it out of the pan.


Još jedan recept koji sam izmenila dodavanjem čokolade. Takođe nisam imala duboki kalup za hleb pa sam ga ispekla u vatrostalnoj činiji i zapravo je ispao baš dobro. Rekla bih da možete da ga pečete u skoro svakom plehu koji imate (samo da nije previše širok jer će hleb ispasti pretanko) dokle god ga pokrijete papirom za pečenje.

Sastojci:

3 veoma zrele banane
220 grama brašna
1 kašičica sode bikarbone
prstohvat soli
60 grama izlomljene čokolade, možete da zamenite čokoladu orasima ili nekim drugim koštunjavim plodovima
120 ml pavlake (dve supene kašike)
1 supena kašika ekstrakta vanile
115 grama putera sobne temperature
100 grama belog šećera
100 grama smeđeg šećera
2 jajeta sobne temperature

Pomešajte brašno, sodu bkarbonu i čokoladu u posebnoj činiji. U drugoj činiji izmešajte izgnječene banane, pavlaku i vanilu. U najvećoj činiji mešajte puter dok ne postane svetao i ''penast'' pa mu dodajte šećer i mešajte nekoliko minuta pa dodajte i jaja i promešajte. U mešavinu putera dodajte prvo banane i pavlaku pa na kraju mešavinu brašna. Sve dobro pomešajte da se sjedini pa sipajte u pleh pokriven papirom za pečenje. Pecite u prethodno ugrejanoj rerni na 175 stepeni oko 45 minuta. Kada izvadite hleb iz rerne ostavite ga da se malo prohladi pre nego što ga izvadite iz kalupa.
