Although this looks like a super simple outfit it kind of gives a Pinterest vibe. I am still not used to camel wrap coats, but I'm warming up to this one. Even here I didn't wear it completely wrapped up. Ever since the weather started transitioning to spring it made sense to me to switch up my darker coats for a camel one.

This year I'm only doing one New Year's lookbook, but I'll post what I actually wore for New Year's eve as well. I loved this top when I saw it, it kind of has a 90s vibe, but it also has a pretty sparkle which makes it perfect for the Holidays. Pants are something I already had in my closet and they create an interesting look paired with this top.
An outfit a little bit more casual than my everyday style, but I did wear it on a casual day. I love this coat, still it sometimes gets too warm when I wear it so I wore it unbuttoned for this look.
Luckily it was so warm this December so I was able to wear all of my favorite skirts with jackets outfits. Of course you still need to wear them with tights for winter looks but I do love those looks so much. When you add a pair of nice boots it creates a perfect look for colder weather.
There's really no such thing as a kimono coat, well with the exception of a haori which is traditionally worn over a Japanese kimono, but the style of this one (no lapels, wide sleeves) reminded me of a kimono a lot. It also wraps around which adds to the kimono like silhouette.
One of the looks I wore a lot this season, leggings with boots and oversized sweaters. The trick here is of course the silhouette, when you wear boots with leggings you need an oversized top/jacket combo to even it out.
One of the greatest things about the return of big hair clips into the spotlight is wearing hair clip buns. I love them, they are so practical and look cute, even though I used to wear messy buns the most now I hardly ever do. Low buns may also be a popular option right now and I love them as well, but hair clip buns are faster to make (at least for me) and they look more casual chic than other up dos.
With the Holidays slowly approaching, I'm getting more and more in the festive mood and sparkly makeup always reminds me of this time of the year. Usually I would do either sparkly eyelids or red lips (and if I'm really in the festive mood, both) here I used Kiko Colour lasting creamy eyeshadow which is one of my favorite creamy eye shadows of all time. And for the look, I remembered I had these amazing corduroy flared pants so I thought they also look very wintry and festive.
As you can probably tell I love this silhouette where you waist is cinched, it just gives such a nice overall look and a shape to an outfit. Funny thing is that besides coats I also have other jackets like this one here that are belted and I even have one I got when I was fifteen so probably I've always liked how they look on. Quilted jackets are more of an autumn staple for me while I wear bigger puffer jackets in the winter.
Another look with my favorite type of coat, last one was with a black coat and this one is greenish and also a bit thicker. Here I paired it with zebra print pants, I'm not a biggest fan of animal prints but I am warming up to them a bit. I even thrifted a blouse in a similar print recently so we will see, maybe I'll start wearing it more.
The most wearable autumn look, wrap coat with boots. Here I wore it with a pair of over the knee boots since I wore a skirt, but if I was wearing jeans or pants I would have opted for shorter heeled boots. I've been wearing this exact combination of a coat and over the knee boots for a while and I still like it a lot.
The most common hair and earrings combo right now, but I do like it. Nothing wrong with wearing a simpler hairstyle from time to time and earrings are there to elevate the look a bit. I also added a light red lipstick to make it more elegant.
Tweed dresses are such an autumn and winter staple, but they do remind me of winter more, maybe because autumn is still reserved for trench coat outfits and flowy dresses in my head. I got this one here couple of years ago, weirdly from an Instagram profile of a girl that makes dresses with your actual measurements and fabric that you get to choose. I chose this tweed among other tweed fabrics available and it turned out nice. Today I remembered I had this dress so I thought to wear it although weather is pretty much autumn like and I'm not yet in the holidays mode (when I wear winter dresses the most).
