Now is the right time to drink winter ciders. This is my version of mulled cider recipe. I modified Jamie Oliver's recipe to my taste and it's delicious.

You'll need (for two glasses of cider):

-two cups (300 ml) of apple cider
-3 to 4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick (or cinnamon powder)
-juice of one orange
-juice of one clementine
-two tea spoons of vanilla sugar

Pour the cider into a pot and put on the lowest setting. After couple of minutes add the ingredients and leave it cook until it boils. Leave it to cool for a bit and then strain directly to the glasses. If the taste is too overwhelming for you, you can use the mixture of cider and sparkling water for this recipe. You can also leave the cinnamon stick inside a glass for decoration.
